As a leader it is important to continue to find venues to share, learn and grow and never accept status quo! Catherine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her workshops. Through her guidance she creates an environment of shared learning, allowing each participant to explore leadership in the depth and breadth it deserves. Time with Catherine is active and engaging, providing relevant “take away” information that can be implemented immediately. From Catherine’s leadership course, I have been provided with an opportunity to more succinctly evaluate the characteristics of leadership, which allows me to clearly self-reflect and grow as a leader.
