I was fortunate to meet Catherine by chance at a time when Executive Coaching was at the top of my mind. My career was taking an important turn and there were some key leadership attributes that I felt I needed to gain a deeper awareness of, andin particular, understand my personal strengths and areas requiring development. By obtaining this heightened awareness I was able to interact and make decisions from a different perspective and with greater confidence. In addition, Catherine guided me through the development of a detailed career plan that provided me with targets and indicators to measure my own success.
