The winter of 2020 the LKDSB entered its cyclical review of the multi-year strategic plan and engaged Catherine to assist Trustees and Senior Administration with the process. She supported significant pre-meeting preparations, reviewed our existing materials and engaged in conversation to understand our local context. After only one day, Catherine facilitated a session to move us from a dated strategic plan to a current and relevant set of strategic priorities. Catherine continued to support our work with implementation and considerations in a post-COVID-19 reality.
