The EQ-i® 2.0 and EQ 360® are among the most widely used scientifically validated emotional intelligence assessments in leadership
development worldwide and are published by Multi-Health Systems (MHS).
This certification equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to confidently use emotional intelligence assessments to
support leadership growth, coaching conversations, and organizational development.

The certification program is designed to be practical, interactive, and immediately applicable.
Participants will experience the EQ-i framework both personally and professionally throughout the program.
The certification experience includes:
• Access to an online learning portal after registration
• Required pre-work modules completed prior to the training
• Completion of your own EQ-i 2.0 assessment
• Review and interpretation of your personal EQ-i report
• A modelled EQ-i coaching debrief so participants experience the process firsthand
• Interactive live certification sessions exploring emotional intelligence and leadership
• Guided practice interpreting assessment reports
• Case examples and real-world application discussions
The certification is delivered through interactive virtual sessions combined with online learning and guided practice.
Upon successful completion of the certification, participants will be credentialed to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360
assessments published by Multi-Health Systems (MHS).

Upon successful completion, participants will be certified to integrate emotional intelligence assessments into coaching, leadership
development, and organizational initiatives.
Participants register for the certification program and receive program details and access instructions.
Participants receive access to the learning portal where they complete required pre-work modules prior to the live training.
Participants complete their EQ-i 2.0 assessment and receive their personal report before the training.
Participants experience a modelled coaching debrief of their EQ-i results to understand how the feedback process works.
Participants attend the interactive certification sessions focused on emotional intelligence theory, interpretation of assessment reports, and practical application.
Participants complete the required certification exam in order to finalize their EQ-i certification.

Certification requires three 30-minute online modules, two days of live instruction, and an online exam. Participants obtain MHS certification and access to the online portal to administer the tools.
