Catherine McCullough works at the intersection of leadership, governance, and
organizational performance—supporting leaders and organizations to operate
effectively in complex environments. She partners with corporations,
municipalities, public sector organizations, and educational institutions to
strengthen leadership capability, governance, and strategic execution.

An experienced leadership consultant and executive coach, Catherine designs
and delivers high-impact leadership programs and coaching engagements that
build capacity, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support sound
decision-making. She incorporates evidence-based tools, including DISC
assessments, to deepen self-awareness and enhance individual and team
effectiveness.

She brings extensive senior leadership
experience, including serving as Director of
Education for two Ontario school boards, leading
large, complex organizations through strategic
and operational challenges. This experience
grounds her work in the realities of executive
leadership, accountability, and governance.
Catherine is an instructor with the Directors
College at the DeGroote School of Business,
McMaster University, where she teaches
governance and leadership to current and
aspiring board directors.

A certified Master Trainer in Emotional
Intelligence, Change Style, Leadership Influence,
and Business Simulations, Catherine is known
for her clarity, credibility, and engaging delivery.
