Starting this Fall 2023, CMC Leadership will be offering this four-part webinar series and professional development program for high-performing, equity-focused leaders. By popular demand, the program has been expanded to include this part-two and will build on the learning’s from the 2022-2023 eight-part webinar series.
This continuing education program will run from September 2023 to January 2024 with a webinar being offered in September, October, November and January. You do not have to complete part-one of the program to participate in part-two, although it is highly recommended. Keep reading to learn more about this year’s speakers and topics.

Our comprehensive learning approach includes three major components:
Watch four LIVE webinars with reputable keynote speakers and engage with them directly. Or review recordings (video or audio) at your convenience. Executive summaries, presentations and additional resources will all be available on the online learning platform.
Following each webinar, there will be an opportunity to participate in follow-up, small group, networking session that will continue to build on the learning’s by examining evidence-based research and exploring approaches provided by national education leadership experts. Networks will be led by a skilled facilitator, using a problem-based learning approach to more deeply implement the learnings and optimize “skills transfer”.

Executive Coaching will be offered as a way for interested participants to more fully develop their leadership capacity. A roster of certified executive coaches with senior-level education experience are available and coaches will support participants with leadership development, goal setting and execution. Individual assessment tools are also available. These tools enable deeper self-awareness, encouraging participants to reflect on their learning journey throughout the program. Examples include: EQi2.0 Leadership Assessment, EQi 360, Change Style Inventory, and Influence Style Indicator.
Senior education leaders who are managing teams, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Directors of Education, Directors of Instruction and similar roles.
Four keynote speakers will present online during an interactive 90-minute LIVE webinar and executive summaries will be provided following each session. Each webinar will connect and build on the previous one and there will be four follow-up, small group, networking sessions (optional). This program provides a total of eight (8) professional development and networking opportunities.
